Q: 我和搭档怎么配对？ A: 一方进入「我的 → 邀请搭档加入」复制 6 位邀请码发给对方，对方在 App 内输入即可。
Q: 数据存在哪里？ A: 你的所有数据存在 Apple 提供的私人 iCloud 容器里，开发者无法直接读取。
Q: 怎么删除我的数据？ A: 删除 App + 前往 iPhone「设置 → Apple ID → iCloud → Tandem → 关闭并删除」即可彻底清除。
Q: 一个周期结束后会怎样？ A: 进入”已归档”状态，可以开启新周期，老周期数据仍可在历史中查看。

Q: How do I pair with my partner? A: One of you goes to “My → Invite Partner” and copies the 6-digit code. Share it; the other person enters it in their app.
Q: Where is my data stored? A: Everything is stored in your private iCloud container provided by Apple. The developer cannot read it directly.
Q: How do I delete my data? A: Uninstall the app + go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Tandem → turn off and delete.
Q: What happens when a cycle ends? A: It enters “archived” state. You can start a new cycle; old data remains viewable in History.
