1. 我们是谁
Tandem（同行打卡）是一款双人互相监督的打卡 App，由独立开发者 Chi Xu 开发与维护，旨在帮助两位用户在 14–30 天周期内共同坚持习惯养成。
2. 我们收集什么数据

3. 数据存储位置
- 本地：所有数据首先存储在你设备的 SwiftData 本地数据库中
- iCloud：数据通过 Apple CloudKit 同步到你的私人 iCloud 账户。Apple 是数据托管方，我们（开发者）无法直接读取你的 iCloud 数据
- 共享区域：当你与搭档配对时，部分数据通过 CloudKit Sharing 在你们两人之间同步。仅你们两人可见
4. 我们不做什么
- ❌ 我们不卖你的数据
- ❌ 我们不向第三方分享你的数据
- ❌ 我们不嵌入第三方广告 SDK
- ❌ 我们不追踪你跨应用或跨网站的行为
- ❌ 我们不使用任何分析工具读取你的任务或留言内容
5. 你的权利
- 随时通过 App 内”我的”页面解除配对，对方将无法再访问你之后的数据
- 删除 App 即可清除本地缓存；如需删除 iCloud 数据，请前往 iPhone 「设置 → Apple ID → iCloud → Tandem → 关闭并删除」

6. 14 岁以下儿童
本 App 不面向 14 岁以下用户。我们不会有意收集儿童数据。
7. 隐私政策变更
重大变更我们会通过 App 内通知告知你。继续使用即代表你接受更新后的政策。

1. Who We Are
Tandem is a two-person mutual accountability check-in app developed and maintained by an independent developer (Chi Xu). It helps two paired users stick to habits together over 14–30 day cycles.
2. Data We Collect

3. Where Data Is Stored
- Locally: All data first persists in SwiftData on your device.
- iCloud: Data syncs via Apple CloudKit to your private iCloud account. Apple is the data custodian; we (the developer) cannot directly read your iCloud data.
- Shared zone: When paired, certain data syncs between you and your partner via CloudKit Sharing. Visible only to the two of you.
4. What We Don’t Do
- ❌ We do not sell your data
- ❌ We do not share your data with third parties
- ❌ We do not embed third-party advertising SDKs
- ❌ We do not track you across apps or websites
- ❌ We do not use any analytics that read your task content or messages
5. Your Rights
- Unpair anytime from the in-app “My Profile” page; your partner loses access to your future data
- Deleting the app clears the local cache; to delete iCloud data, go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Tandem → turn off and delete
- Contact us to request export or deletion (see bottom)
6. Children Under 14
This app is not directed at users under 14. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
7. Changes to This Policy
Material changes will be notified via in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
